Arrest Made

PROLIFIC OFFENDER ARRESTED | On Wednesday 28th January Anya Curtis was arrested by officers after being identified as breaching her Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).

This is a court imposed order which places conditions on individuals to prevent or deter them from engaging in criminality or ASB.

Curtis was made subject to CBO due to her persistently engaging in shoplifting. One of the conditions is for her to not enter any retail premises which see has previously been banned from. She was alleged to have breached this condition after being identified on CCTV entering Farm Foods in St Austell.

Curtis was charged and remanded to appear at court today for sentencing.
